What other services does Elevate Self Storage offer?

We offer a Moving Van that is available for leasing at move-in and beyond. We also offer shelving units to lease and we provide complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and snacks to everyone visiting the office.

What are your access hours?

Our facility access with our Bluetooth app, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

What are your office hours?

Office hours are from 9AM to 6PM, Monday-Friday and by appointment only on Saturday. You can call our office at (208) 960-6543.

How do I pay my bills?

We recommend our online payment system. It’s user-friendly and a simple way to keep up with your rent.

What are the terms of the lease?

Lease is on a month-to-month basis and due on the 1st of every month using the benefit of autopay. As part of the lease agreement, insurance is required, but with Sage Insurance. Insurance it can be purchased through the leasing process.. 5 day notice required for moving out.

Do you have climate controlled units?

We certainly do. Climate controlled units with temperature control are available at affordable prices.

What sizes of storage units do you have?

We have 12 different sizes of storage unit, starting with the smallest at 5'x5' and increasing to a large, 10'x30' unit. No matter the scale of your storage problems, we have the right unit for you.

What security features does your facility have?

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art bluetooth security. Additionally, the site is fenced and gated and monitored by surveillance cameras. Elevate Self Storage is a safe place for your belongings!

Do you have drive-up access?

Absolutely! You can park your vehicle right outside your storage unit and you’ll be unloaded in no time.

What amenities do you have for commercial customers?

Elevate Self Storage has a large drive lanes and drive up access to units available to all of our commercial customers. We also offer a refreshment center, fully stocked for your use. and an osite restroom with 24/7 access.

What should I do if I need to move large or heavy items?

You can either take advantage of our drive-up access or borrow our handcarts.
